A territory cannot be understood from a single perspective. The Territorial and Cultural Consultancy brings together different disciplines to examine the conditions that influence its development: urbanism, history, biology, land-use planning, and anthropology. Each one reveals different aspects, from patterns of growth and the memory of a place to its environmental, regulatory, and social conditions. This combined approach seeks to broaden the way decisions about territory are made, incorporating information that can go unnoticed when it is analyzed from a single discipline. Rather than dividing the territory into separate parts, the approach proposes understanding the relationships between its different layers before defining how it should be transformed.
