Alejandro Álvarez, Director de Alimentos, Bebidas y Hospitalidad, le explicó al equipo de AVENUE que las jornadas comienzan antes del amanecer, cuando pescadores y visitantes parten desde el muelle rumbo al Mar de Cortés en busca de especies como dorado, atún, marlín y pez vela. Esta tradición inspira experiencias como You Hook It, We Cook It, donde la pesca se integra a la gastronomía y fortalece el vínculo entre visitantes, cocineros y comunidad local alrededor de la mesa.

At Hotel Palmas de Cortez, sport fishing is part of an experience that goes beyond the catch itself.
